BYD Qin Hybrid Chassis System Training Platform

Feature

The Qin hybrid chassis system includes the driving system, steering system and braking system of a traditional car, and independent MacPherson suspension assemblies are used in the front and rear.

It consists of a distributed battery management system, a four-in-one controller system, and an intelligent touch screen system.

The trainees can observe the high-voltage power-on sequence and the series-parallel structure of the ternary lithium battery pack through the flow direction of the water lamp; understand the high and low voltage interlocking system of the vehicle.

Training Contents

Under the guidance of the teacher and self-learning by connecting the platform, students can complete:

1. Point out the similarities and differences between hybrid vehicle chassis and traditional vehicle chassis;

2. Disassembly and assembly exercises of suspension components of hybrid vehicles;

3. Awareness of components such as high-voltage battery packs, battery management modules and four-in-one control groups;

4. Study and understand the structural principles of components such as high-voltage battery packs, battery management modules and four-in-one control groups;

5. It can detect battery voltage, battery temperature, and relay control signals.

6. The battery management system can read fault codes and clear fault codes, read dynamic data streams, parameter settings and other diagnostic functions through the special decoder for new energy vehicles.

7. Through the Android fault setting system, the battery management system can be set for single battery disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature.
